Have you ever had the Kitchen Sink Dessert?
Whenever I think of visiting Disney’s Beach Club Resort all I can think of is the famous dessert the Kitchen Sink that is served at Beaches and Cream. If you don’t happen to get over to Beaches and Cream or the thought of this gigantic treat is just to much you are now able to get a mini version in Magic Kingdom at Plaza Ice Cream Parlor and the Plaza Restaurant on Main Street, USA or in Disney California Adventure Park at Clarabella’s Hand-Scooped Ice Cream. As much as my family loves the original gigantic Kitchen Sink we love the keepsake Mickey pants bowl the mini version offers that is now also available at Beaches and Cream!
Original Kitchen Sink
- 2- 4 ounce scoops of vanilla ice cream
- 2- 4 ounce scoops of chocolate ice cream
- 2- 4 ounce scoops of strawberry ice cream
- 1- 4 ounce scoop of mint chocolate chip ice cream
- 1- 4 ounce scoop of coffee ice cream
- 1/2 cup of warmed fudge topping
- 1/2 cup of warmed butterscotch topping
- 1/2 cup of warmed peanut butter topping
- 14 ounces of dairy whipped topping
- 1/4 cup of marshmallow crème
- 1/4 cup of pineapple topping
- 1/4 cup of strawberry topping
- 3 tablespoons of chocolate syrup
- 1 medium sized banana sliced in 1/2 inch slices
- 1 cinnamon spice cupcake (2 ½ x 1 ¼-inch) cut in quarters
- 1 angel food cupcake (3 x 1 ½-inch) cut in quarters
- 1 brownie (6-inch x 6-inch) cut in quarters
- 1 regular-sized (2 ounce) candy bar cut into quarters
- 4 chocolate cookies with cream filling
- 1 tablespoon of sliced toasted almonds
- 1 tablespoon of dark and white chocolate shavings
- 1 tablespoon of crushed chocolate cookies with cream filling
- 1 tablespoon of chopped jellied orange slices (approximately 2 large slices)
- 1 tablespoon of milk chocolate chip morsels
- 1 tablespoon of peanut butter chip morsels
- 1 tablespoon of chocolate sprinkles
- 1 tablespoon of rainbow sprinkles
- ½ cup of drained maraschino cherries
Mini Mickey Pants Kitchen Sink
Plaza Ice Cream Parlor or the Plaza Restaurant
- 1 scoop of chocolate ice cream
- 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream
- 1 scoop of strawberry ice cream
- whipped cream topping
- hot fudge topping to drizzle over the ice cream
- strawberry topping
- caramel topping

- peanut butter chip morsels
- 3 maraschino cherries
Clarabelle’s Hand-Scooped Ice Cream
- Vanilla ice cream
- hot fudge topping drizzled over the ice cream

- maraschino cherrie
- 2 freshly baked chocolate chop cookies
For the longest time I would just say this sundae has everything you could of think of in it but now that I know what is in it we can make it at home in-between our Disney Vacations and so can you.
