Menu changes coming to Be Out Guest
Be Out Guest is certainly a Disney fan favorite! Fabulous French cuisine in the fantastic setting of the Beast’s castle is something you and your family will certainly not want to miss. However, starting this summer Be Our Guest will now offer a new type of dining experience. The new enhanced dinner experience will offer a prix fixe menu that will showcase a variety of French inspired dishes. Each guest will be treated like Royalty while dining on a three course dinner that will include an appetizer, entre, and a personal dessert platter. While the Disney chefs are still finalizing the full menu options and the kids menu before the grand opening several of the choices have already been announced. For starters choose from traditional favorites such as French Onion Soup or try new delectable French delicacies that include: Escargot with herb garlic butter and toasted gremolata or Charred Octopus with citrus-laced fingerling potatoes. The mouthwatering options for main course selections include: Grilled Center Cut Filet Mignon with potato au gratin, Roasted Lamb Chops, or Poulet Rouge Chicken. With the newly inspired menu in the fabulous Beast’s Castle, this is definitely a new dining experience you surely won’t want to miss and Be Out Guest!
